We are planning a trip with my parents to Disney World. My son is going to be on their room reservation because of occupancy. If we arrive at MCO at different times will he have a problem getting on Magical Express without them?

    Hello Jaime!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week!

When booking Disney’s Magical Express for your party, you can tell them that your parents are arriving at a different time than your party. You can give them the flight information for everyone in both parties. When you set up your MagicBands, your son’s may be shipped to your parents address if your set it up separately on the reservation. Don’t worry though! A few weeks before your trip, Disney will send the documentation for the Magical Express and you can take that to the counter upon your arrival and a Cast Member will assist you from there. Make sure to have your parents bring your son’s MagicBand with them as this will also contain his Walt Disney World Resort park tickets.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need anything else as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
