Mom And Son On Run

    Micki from MO Asked

    We are planning a trip in October with our 3 year old. I have read some reviews on here about both the Pop Century Resort and Art of Animation. For the dates we are looking at, they are almost the exact same price so I need advice on which one to choose!?

    HI Micki!

    Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

    I think both of these resorts have wonderful larger than life theming, bright and colourful, with three pools each, and their own bus (sharing the route with no other resorts).

    I think it is purely down to personal choice - whether you wish to stay at Disney's Pop Century Resort which features giant icons of the 20th century popular culture crazes, and enjoy dining at Everything Pop;
    or whether you love the four movies - Finding Nemo, Cars, The Lion King or The LIttle Mermaid, which are featured throughout the buildings and into the guest rooms, at Disney's Art of Animation Resort.  You will enjoy dining at Landscape of Flavors.   This resort only recently opened, and looks amazing!

    Both resorts are located closely to each other, and the time taken travelling by bus to each park:

    To Magic Kingdom: 22 minutes
    To Epcot:  15 minutes
    To Disney's Hollywood Studios:  15 minutes
    To Disney's Animal Kingdom:  20 minutes

    Please remember that all times are approximate, and don't forget to include waiting times at the bus stops.

    If you have any other questions, please come back and ask me - I would be happy to help you plan you magical vacation!
