Hi there! We are planning a trip in November and will be celebrating my son's 15th birthday while we are there. I was just wondering what special things we can do?

    Hi there Vanda,

Thank you for your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Celebrating magical birthdays with the Big Cheese is the best!

Be sure to stop by Guest Services and tell them you are celebrating your son's birthday. The Cast Member will give your son a free "It's My Birthday" button to wear; he will be sure to get birthday wishes and smiles all day.

The Disney Parks are all about celebrating. If you dine at one of the Walt Disney World Resort restaurants, let your server know that it is your son's birthday; they will bring your son a special dessert with a candle and sing to him. To add to the birthday party festivities, you can also sprinkle some more pixie dust on the big day by ordering a personalized birthday cake if you're dining at select table service restaurants. Call the Disney cake number at 407-827-2253 to order one, they will need at least 72 hours notice prior to your magical date needed.

You can also order an “In-Room Celebrations” through a Disney Florist, they will come to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and decorate. You can visit or call Disney Floral & Gifts at 407-824-3505 to discuss a magical order.

There are also adventurous experiences you can book for your son's special day like a Wild Africa Trek. This is a 3-hour safari at Disney’s Animal Kingdom park.

I hope this helps and that you are having a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious day. If you have any more questions, please write us back on how we can help you plan your pixie-dusted vacation.
