We are planning a trip in Nov 2013 and plan at staying at WL. Are there rooms with views of MK and the fireworks. If so what do you request at the time of reservation? Also, is it better to call for reservations if you have a special room request?

Disney' Wildeness Lodge in the fall sounds simply magical. The place is huge, starting with the stunning 7-story lobby, built from 85 loads of Lodgepole Pine, to its 82-foot-tall lobby fireplace. I am always impressed with the craftsman style and the warmth of this resort. As for room preferences, the cast members will make every effort to meet your needs. They will tell you that nothing is guranteed and that all rooms are subject to availability. While this is indeed true, with some persistence and pixie dust, you can usually get a room that you will be thrilled with. I would suggest that you follow up after you make the reservation by calling (407) 939-7429, every so often. The friendly and helpful cast members will do everything to ensure that this is the best vacation ever. I hope this assists you and I will see you at the parks.
