Planning a trip next year for MNSSHP and wondering if we could also see the Christmas decorations. Thought it would be fun to do both! Love your panel!!

    Hi Melanie and thanks.

We are having a great year helping other families make their Disney trips even more magical.

I love the way you think! It would be awesome to be able to enjoy Halloween and the Christmas decorations at the same time. Unfortunately the chances of that happening are not great unless you are touring the warehouse where they hold all the Disney decorations.

There is a slight exception to this though. If you are planning your trip to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party for Halloween itself, and you are planning on staying a week or so, you may be able to see the beginnings of the Christmas decorations. The Disney elves work quite quickly while the guests are sleeping, to transform Disney World from one holiday to another. On average though, the Christmas decorations are not in full swing until the middle to late part of November.

While the holiday lights, trees and especially the gorgeous Gingerbread creations will not be fully installed and lit until most likely, mid-November, you might squeeze in a few peeks at some of the beginning touches. Personally I look at this information as great news though. This simply means you will need to squeeze in a return visit a few weeks later to enjoy the Christmas season in full swing.
