Planning a trip for a 16 month old at the beginning of December of 2018 for three days. 2 days in a park and 1 day relaxing before the Christmas party that night. Aside from Magic Kingdom, which other park would you most recommend for a baby this age?

Hey there, Elisha! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for stopping by with your question.

It sounds like you have an absolutely magical first visit planned for your little one! I will never forget the first time my son visited the Walt Disney World Resort, outside my belly, that is. He was about 18-months old and the wonder and amazement in his eyes was just the sweetest thing ever. Experiencing that visit with him was like getting to see it all for the first time again through his eyes. It was a truly unforgettable visit.

Elisha, my little guy was all about Disney Junior, so we researched which park had the most Disney Junior fun and Disney’s Hollywood Studios won! We had a blast meeting his favorite Disney Junior Characters during that visit. He also absolutely loved Disney Junior - Live on Stage!, a super fun show where all his favorite characters come to life in puppet form and where kids are encouraged to sing-along, dance, and play! But the highlight of the day was enjoying Toy Story Mania! and seeing him meet his best friends Woody and Buzz at Pixar Place! We have the most amazing photo memories from that visit!

While visiting, be sure to locate the Baby Care Centers, located at all four parks. These baby and parent havens will be your go-to for all your changing, feeding, and those well-deserved breaks throughout the day.

I hope you have a most magical and unforgettable visit! Be sure to come back and see us again if you have any more questions about your upcoming trip.
