I am planning a trip for May 2010 with my two sons 17 and 9(both Disney World Veterans) and my daughter who will be 21 months by then. I can wait no longer to take my daughter to Disney World. Any ideas on how she will fair at such a young age?

Hi, Cheryl!   Your little one will do great in Disney IF you play by her rules!  This means keeping on her schedule, taking mid-day breaks, and taking your days at a nice pace.

Make sure to take a stroller and to locate the Baby Care Centers when you enter each park.  These are great for diaper changes and feedings.   Carry snacks, little toys to keep her busy, and a change of clothes in case of any accidents.

When traveling with older kids, you don't worry so much about "pushing" a bit hard, staying late, delaying meals, etc.   When you travel with babies or toddlers, you really need to keep things as normal as possible.   Try to get to bed on time and have your meals when your little one is used to eating.   It isn't always easy to do this, but the more you keep on your little princess' schedule, the happier all of you will be!  Have fun on your WDW vacation.
