Hello! We are planning a trip in May 2017, before my son turns 3 years old. I understand that I am not required to purchase a ticket for him. Does this restrict what he can do in any way (other than height requirements for rides?)

Hello Jennifer! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
I have good news. Guests under 3 years old don’t need tickets to enter Disney Theme Parks, and they are allowed to have all the fun and enjoy all attractions, shows and entertainment. All you have to check is the height requirements for each attraction.
Prior to your vacation, I suggest you visit Disney’s official website and download the Preschool Parent's Guide to Walt Disney World Resort. You will find there a lot of useful information for planning your days at WDW with a little one.
Please, don’t hesitate to come back if you have further questions.
    Have a magical day!
