Hi! I am planning a trip in May for my graduation from physical therapy school. While me and my parents will be there it's my dad's birthday. Any suggestions what I can do to surprise him? Thanks!

    Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with another question. Congratulations on your graduation next year! That is quite an accomplishment and a visit to Walt Disney World is a wonderful way to celebrate your special occasion. If you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, ask the front desk for complimentary Celebration buttons. There are Happy Birthday Celebration buttons as well as ones that say, I'm Celebrating! You and your dad can let everyone know that your visit to Walt Disney World Resort is extra special. You can also pick Celebration buttons up from City Hall in Magic Kingdom Park or at Guest Relations, located in all four theme parks.

A great way to surprise your dad for his birthday would be to order something from Disney Floral & Gifts. They have a variety of birthday gifts to choose from as well as In-Room Celebrations. Another feature Disney offers are 6-inch cakes, available in both chocolate and vanilla, at most table-service restaurants. No notice is necessary and you can order once upon arrival. If your dad does not have any Mickey Ears then I definitely suggest buying him a pair. There is a special Happy Birthday Ear Hat that can be found at The Chapeau at Magic Kingdom Park.

I hope this gives you some ideas of magical ways to celebrate. Please let me know if I can assist you with any other questions before your Walt Disney World vacation next year.

    Have a magical day!
