We are planning a trip with our little one and due to her only being one we would just like to visit Magic Kingdom. Can you purchase 2 day tickets and visit Magic Kingdom both days?

    Hi Paige,

I am excited to help a fellow Texan! It sounds like you are planning a first time visit for your tiny tot. I have to tell you that seeing the wonder and magic through their sweet eyes will bring such joy to your heart. So, get ready for those smiles and giggles.

Two days at the parks sounds like the perfect plan for your family. Yes, you can absolutely use both days at Magic Kingdom. I highly recommend visiting the Planning for Pre-school Kids and Little Ones page on the Walt Disney World website. There is lots of useful information on how to make the most of your trip with a toddler or infant.

Now, here are some of my personal tips. Be sure to pack snacks and drinks that she likes best. You want to stay hydrated. While you can purchase a variety of foods, I always like having an "emergency stash". Don't be afraid to take breaks. While there is so much to see and do, you still want to it to be enjoyable and not overwhelming for her. Follow her lead and if she needs some quiet time, try a loop on the monorail or find a secluded spot to rest in the shade. Baby Care Centers are an amazing place to slip away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. They are also the perfect spot to change diapers, nurse, or purchase items such as wipes, diapers, or snacks (if you run out). Pack sunscreen because despite the time of year you go, the sun can be brutal on delicate baby skin when you are there all day long. Lastly, mark your stroller with a bright ribbon or in a distinguishable way. When you park it outside of those attractions, this makes it a lot simpler to spot in the sea of strollers when you exit!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Have a magical visit!
