We are planning a trip with a large group with one reservation. Can we each sign on and make payments separately or is there another way this can be done? Thanks!

Hello Buffie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Walt Disney World Resort makes booking a vacation for a large number of Guests as magical experience as possible.

While organizing activities for large numbers is effective for planning Advanced Dining Reservations, FastPass+ Selections and Events and Tours at Walt Disney World Resort, the assumption becomes that paying for everything all together is the most effective tool, as well.

When you are booking your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Rooms together, they will initially go all on the same credit card account. Once you arrive for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, you are free to speak with a Cast Member at Guest Services to arrange how you would like to pay for any and all charges, including Resort Hotel Rooms.

If all of the Guests arrive together on Check-In day, you will be able to arrange payment and put any payment options onto their respective accounts.

If you would like to arrange these payments ahead of your visit, you may be able to do so by contacting a Cast Member at (407)939-1936. Just be sure to have all of the payment options ready or provide the Reservation Number to the other Guests for reference when they call.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
