Disney's Magical Express transportation

I am planning a trip in 2020 that includes my daughter and her husband. They would only need to use the Magical Express bus service for their departure flight. Is that possible? They would only have carry-on bags, so no baggage would need to be checked.

    Hi Carol!

Disney's Magical Express is a great way to travel to and from Orlando International Airport without having to leave the magical Walt Disney World Resort bubble!  Luckily, the Walt Disney World Resort recognizes that all Guests may not need transportation both to and from the airport, so this is definitely a great option for your daughter and her husband!

When you are making your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel reservation, on the review page before you check out, you will see an option to add ground transportation that says "Ground Transportation."  Click "Add Ground," and select "From my Disney Resort hotel."  If you have their flight information available, you can enter it on this page.  If you do not have the information yet, you will be able to add it later by calling the Cast Members at Resort Reservations at 407-939-1936 or by filling out the online form!

Your daughter and her husband will be able to carry their luggage with them and will receive information about their departure the day before they leave.  This Transportation Notice will be delivered to their room and will include their motorcoach departure time.  For domestic flights, this is generally about three hours before the flight's scheduled departure time.  They will just need to bring their luggage and this Transportation Notice with them when it is time for their Disney's Magical Express to depart.

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
