Planning a trip with friends to POR 11/15/17 and then a family trip in 12/2018. If I purchase the 13-month AP offer now, can I wait until 11/15/2017 to activate the voucher? It would be amazing to be able to use one AP for these two trips. Thank you!!

    Hi Kelly!

A warm welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for sending us your awesome question about Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passes!

You can most certainly choose to purchase your annual pass now and activate it during your upcoming vacation. In order to take advantage of the “13 months for the price of 12” annual pass special offer, you must purchase your annual pass by January 3, 2017.

Your annual pass will not be active until you activate it in person at any Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window, Guest Relations location or Lobby Concierge. This means you can wait to activate it during your November 2017 vacation and still “lock-in” the 13 months for the price of 12 special offer. Your annual pass year will begin the moment your annual pass is active. If the transaction is done correctly, you will be able to use your annual pass for both of your vacations!

Kelly, I hope I have helped answer your question. I wish you a magical year as a Walt Disney World Resort annual passholder. As a fellow passholder, I can tell you that purchasing a Walt Disney World Resort annual pass was one of the best decisions I have ever made!
