We are planning a trip in a few weeks and were going to do two days at Walt Disney World, one day at Magic Kingdom and one day at Epcot. My son will be 21 months old. Which rides would be the best for him and which rides would be a good use of a Fast Pass?

Hi, Brittany! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

My son’s first trip to the Walt Disney World Resort was when he was about 18-moths old. Like you, I wondered what attractions he would be able to experience. Let me tell you, that trip was one of the best vacations we’ve had!  Seeing the wonder and magic through his eyes was unforgettable.

With 25 attractions without height restrictions at Magic Kingdom alone, you’ll be able to experience many things together! A few suggestions for attractions at Magic Kingdom to FastPass+ are Peter Pan’s Flight, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, or Dumbo. At Epcot, I suggest The Seas with Nemo and Friends, Spaceship Earth, or Living with the Land. Pick an initial 3 from those and after you have redeemed your third, you can log back into your My Disney Experience account to select more throughout the day as they are available. These are just my personal recommendations. I recommend reading the attraction descriptions online so you know what to expect and can plan accordingly with what you think your family might enjoy most!

Lastly, be sure to locate the Baby Care Centers. These heavens are lifesavers for all your baby’s needs and also provide a quiet, air-conditioned area; awesome for mid-day breaks or for whenever the littles need to take a breather.

Thanks for stopping by with your question! I hope to see you again real soon. Have a magical day!
