Hi. We're planning a trip in either early October or early November. I'm wondering about the weather during that time. We'd like to be able to take advantage of the resort pools with our daughters, but don't want it to be too hot and humid during the day.

Welcome to the Moms Panel, Cheryl! How exciting you are planning a trip to the "Happiest Place on Earth!" My family loves to visit Walt DIsney World during the fall and have always enjoyed low crowd levels and mild weather. Although the weather can be somewhat unpredictable during October and November, the average high temperature for October is traditionally in the low to mid 80s with the average low temperature usually in the mid 60s. The average high temperature for Orlando in November is traditionally in the upper 70s with an average low temperature in the upper 50s. I think you will find the humidity to be quite comparable during the months of October and November. The pools at the Walt Disney World Resorts are heated year round so your daughters should be able to take advantage of "pool time" during your trip!  The independent website allears.net features a Historic Attendance Levels Chart which categorizes early October and early November as "lowest attendance" in regards to traditional crowd levels. I honestly think you can't go wrong with either week you are considering for your trip! I hope this information helps! Please don't hesitate to write me back with any additional questions. Best wishes for a magical trip, Cheryl!
    Happy Planning,
