We are planning a trip to Disneyland in July and we would like to spend one full day at Disneyland Park and one full day at California Adventure. We do not plan to hop between the parks each day, so would a two-day (non-hopper) ticket be sufficient?

    Hi, Melissa!

If you do not plan to park hop between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, that is no problem at all! Simply buy a two day ticket that allows admission to one park each day.

During your visit, if you change your mind you can add on the park hopper option to your ticket for about $45 per ticket (plus tax, subject to change). To make any upgrades to your tickets, stop by a ticket booth located outside the park entrances. A cast member will be happy to give you exact pricing and make the upgrade for you.

Without the park hopper option, you cannot change parks mid-day. However, you are welcome to take a break back at your resort for a nap or a splash in the pool. Just make sure to get a hand stamp before exiting the park. An afternoon siesta will have everyone energized for a evening full of magic!

Enjoy your two day visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
