We are planning a trip to Disney World in July, we're staying in a cabin at Fort Wilderness. I was told that there is a grocery delivery service where we can order food online before we leave home and it would be waiting for us upon arrival. Is that true?

    Hello Beth!

Yes! You can order groceries on-line at www.gardengrocer,com and have them delivered to your resort. Garden Grocer offers everything from fresh produce to dry goods, baby food, diapers, and bottled water. They have a fairly large selection to choose from, and they deliver seven days a week.

I would recommend visiting their website, and clicking on "Help" in the top right corner of the page. On the Help page, there is a link for "FAQ - Resort & Hotel Guests". This link answers questions about delivery of your items, how to place your order, and delivery charges.

This is a great service available to guests at all of the Disney resorts and is very convenient. Having your groceries delivered can really save you the time and trouble of going to a grocery store on your own - especially if you don't have a car during your stay.

I hope this helps as you plan for your vacation!
