We are planning a trip to Disney. Which will include my husband and I, our two kids who will be 4 and 7 and grandparents from both sides of the family. We will be staying on Disney property in 3 rooms. How many Disney accounts(MDE) should we have?

    Hello Launa,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great planning question. Your family will have an amazing time at the Walt Disney World Resort. Multigenerational trips are so much fun because you are making memories with loved ones that will last a lifetime.

All eight members of your travel party will need their own My Disney Experience accounts. After you have set up your account, you will need to create accounts for your minor children that only you will manage. You will also want to link your Resort Hotel reservations to your account. When you purchase your theme park admission tickets, you can link them to everyone's accounts too. Next, you will want to connect with your spouse and the other adults in your travel party by inviting them to your “Family and Friends List.” This will allow you to share plans, dining reservations, make FastPass+ selections together and even share a Memory Maker once they accept your invitation. You can access your My Disney Experience account on your computer or use the app on your smartphone or tablet device. See ya real soon,

Hi there, I am Andrea from the Buckeye State. A very proud mom to my princess who is a former Miss Ohio. Friends and family describe me as a "Disney Nerd" and Star Wars fangirl. I have made 30 trips and counting to the Walt Disney World Resort in all stages of life since 1972 as a small child, a young mom with a toddler and now as an empty nester. The love of vacation planning runs strong in my family. My uncle had it, I have it and with my help, you will have it too. Learn More About Andrea
