Planning trip to disney first week of nov. how hard is it to get sit down meals or do we need reservations or are there off times when you can get in?

Hi, Matt! While there may be availabilities at off-times during the first week of November, I am not one to leave things to chance.  If there are Table Service meals that you want to be a part of your family's vacation, I highly recommend making Advance Dining Reservations. The Walt Disney website states, "Due to the popularity of our Disney table service restaurants, dining availability may be limited or not available without advance dining reservations.  Please call 407-WDW-DINING or visit http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/reservations/dining/ to make reservations up to 180 days prior to your visit.  Reservations are accepted at most table service restaurants, signature restaurants, and Character dining locations.  Reservations are required for dinner shows and Grand Gathering Experiences.  Reservations are strongly recommended for all table service restaurants." I'm of the opinion better safe than sorry. Happy planning!
