We are planning a trip to Disney and don't know if we should purchase a meal plan. Myself and my daughter (who has to eat off the children's menu) are both gluten free and are concerned about the food options, any advice?

Hi Crystal - There are lots of gluten-free food options available at the theme parks.  I'd definitely suggest that you let the host/hostess at each restaurant know about your allergy, because then they will send out a chef to talk to you about your dining options.

I generally recommend that guests do purchase a dining plan, especially if you plan to have all of your meals on property.  I prefer the standard plan, which offers one table service meal, one quick service meal, and one snack, per person, per day.  If you eat at least one table service meal per day, it usually ends up being a pretty good deal for families.

I hope that helps!  Have a great vacation!
