I am planning a trip to The Carribean Beach Resort for Labor Day, no theme parks, I have2 year old twins and I was looking for the best resort that has a beach. We want to build sand castles, relax on the sand etc, is this the best hotel for that?

    Hi Denise,

If you are looking for a relaxing resort with a great beach and pool, I recommend the Beach Club Resort over the Caribbean Beach Resort. This Deluxe Resort has an amazing sand bottom pool. The kiddie area of the pool has a fantastic area perfect for building sand castles and it's nice and shallow. This is my favorite place to bring toddlers. In fact, when my youngest kids were 2 years old, that is where we went.

The Caribbean Beach Resort also has a very nice beach on the lake and I think you'd be quite happy there as well. However, the Beach Club has a much nicer resort.

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation,
