We are planning a trip with 3 boys (3,6,9). What can I do at Epcot with the 3yo while the two older boys ride Mission Space and Test Track with their dad?

    Lori:

A few years ago, I found myself in the same boat with my 3-year-old pint-size astronaut.  We spent the bulk of our time at the indoor gym (much like what you'd find at a fast-food restaurant) in the Mission: SPACE Training Lab, which is at the exit of the Mission: SPACE ride itself.  You can enter through the gift shop in the pavilion.  We also used the kiosks near the exit to send a few electronic postcards to the grandparents for free.  There's several postcards to choose from, so take your time and bring your email addresses.

If walking through the gift-shop makes you nervous with a child who wants everything or if your husband and other children find themselves in a long line (which means more time for you to burn), I'd recommend heading over to the Innoventions Buildings.  Our youngest loves "Don't Waste It" while his older siblings ride Sum of All Thrills.  "Where's the Fire?" is another attraction you can do together: the firetruck at the end of the game is just like another gym.  And what young boy doesn't want to check out a firetruck!

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
