Planning a trip in April with 5 1/2 year old daughter and son who will turn one on the trip. Is there any places that you can recommend that would do a fun 1st birthday celebration for dinner? We want to make reservations soon!

    Hi Ashlee,

I would recommend Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort. Mickey celebrates a "party" every night during his evening meal.

Your birthday boy will get to wave his napkin in the air when all guests are invited to celebrate and dance with Mickey, a cupcake is usually delivered (complimentary) to the table, and kid-friendly foods and characters will make the occasion especially festive.

When you make your reservation, note that you are celebrating a birthday. Remind the Cast Member when you check-in for your meal.

Enhance the First Birthday occasion with birthday products. The complimentary birthday button will draw lots of attention. Order a specialty cake, birthday ears hat, and/or a memorable gift.

After, take the birthday boy for a round-trip ride on the monorail!
