We are planning a trip in April with our 2 children ages 4 & 6 and plan on visiting 2 of the parks on our trip. The Magic Kingdom is first on our list. What would be a good second option for our family? Also, is Fast Pass worth looking into?

    Hi Brad,

We have 2 littles as well, and Magic Kingdom is always first on our list. Surprisingly, the second Disney Park that we enjoy is Disney's Hollywood Studios. There are so many great attractions, show and surprises for younger children there. We make a point of visiting Toy Story Midway Mania as early as possible, since it's one of the most popular attractions. We're also planning to book FastPass+ selections for it. I recommend FastPass+ to parents with smaller children. It's great to be able to plan meals, naps and relaxation time around whatever time frame you choose to visit your favorite attractions.

Be sure to sign your children up for Star Wars: Jedi Training Academy. This experience is a hit for kids ages 4 to 12, and who wouldn't want to battle Darth Vader with a light saber and save the universe?Muppet*Vision 3D is also a great stop for the whole family, as well as The Great Movie Ride.

One of my favorite things to do at Hollywood Studios is catch the awesome shows. Lights, Motor, Action and
Fantasmic! are both full of excitement.

There's also amazing family dining experiences. Whether you stop into Sci-Fi Dine In Theater or 50's Prime Time Cafe, you all will have a good meal and make great memories. Your kids would really love to have breakfast or lunch with some Disney Jr. stars at Hollywood & Vine. They'll be able to meet Sofia the First, Doc McStuffins, and Jake and the Never Land Pirates.

As you can see, I'm in love with Hollywood Studios, and I hope you all end up loving it too.

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel, Brad. Feel free to ask us any other questions you may think of, and have a fantastical Disney day!
