I am planning on staying at a Disney Resort. What if I am not able to pay the balance by the 30 day deadline?

Hello Samantha and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

When you book a package that includes your Walt Disney World Resort and theme park tickets you are required to apply a deposit upon booking.  The total due is payable at least 30 days before arrival. After the 30 days, your reservation will be canceled, and it is likely that you will lose your initial deposit.  Room only reservations are different. Room only reservations can be canceled up to 5 days before arrival, and the balance is not due until arrival. If you are not sure that you will about meeting a deadline, I recommend calling the reservation center to discuss your options.  Also, Disney will not automatically charge any balances due for your package reservation. You must call or go online to complete your payments.

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have more questions, come on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel- we love to help!

    See ya real soon,
