HI there, We are planning to stay on Disney property next year for the first time, we have been to Disney many times but have always stayed of property. There are 4 of us and require 1 king bed and 2 singles. What property would give us this.

Hi, Patricia!  Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am so excited to hEAR that you are planning to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel during your upcoming vacation.  Walt Disney World Resort Hotel guests have early access to FastPass+ planning.  They also have the opportunity to attend Extra Magic Hours.  Resort Hotel guests receive complimentary MagicBands, have access to several convenient transportation options, and can purchase a Disney Dining Plan.  You are going to love all of the benefits that come along with staying right in the middle of the magic!

When it comes to choosing the Walt Disney World Resort Hotel that's right for you, there are certainly a lot of options to consider.  Be sure to take a look at these Disney Parks Moms Panel tips for choosing the best resort for your family.  If you go to the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels webpage and click on one of the resorts, you can take a look at the Room Rates page for each resort.  If you scroll through the Room Rates, you will see the types of beds offered and how many guests can be accommodated in each type of room.

While you won't find a standard room that has a king bed along with two additional beds, I have some suggestions for you that I think might fit your needs.  Many Walt Disney World Resort Hotels in the Moderate and Deluxe categories have what are considered "Fifth Sleeper" rooms.  These rooms typically have two queen beds and either a child-sized pull-down bed or a day bed.  Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside are just two examples of resort hotels with these types of accommodations.  Although this would not give you your king-size bed, it would provide you with two other separate beds.

You also might want to explore the Family Suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort or any of the Deluxe Villas.  These accommodations have all of the comforts of home and plenty of room for your family to spread out.  King size beds can be found in many of the Deluxe Villas, and these accommodations also offer the additional separate beds that you're looking for.

I hope that you will find this information useful as you decide on your home away from home.  If you have any additional questions, please visit us again.  Have a magical day!
