Planning our second trip, a late August MNSSHP trip to be exact! 2 questions; Does BBB offer seasonal costumes? I have a 5 year old boy who loves costumes. And when will dates for the Return to Sleepy Hollow be posted? Thank you and Merry Christmas!!!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Heather! What a wonderful return trip you will have next year to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! The early August parties are my favorite because crowds are a bit smaller but you leave with an essential feeling of festivity that gets the rest of the year rolling!

The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique does offer seasonal designs for both Halloween and Christmas from year to year, such as Minnie’s Holiday Look (originally designed for girls, with two buns as ears), though you will need to inquire about the 2019 season specifically when you call to make the reservation. Plans can always change over the course of a year and they may not offer it. I can tell you that there are costumes galore year round at The Pirate’s League, with Captain Hook being my family’s favorite. Choose Barbosa, Ghost Pirate, Pirate Empress and even mermaids. What a perfect backdrop the Halloween party will be for a pirate to come walking across the deck! My son transformed into Captain Hook last summer and he refused to remove the costume all day. His pirate countenance was unshakable!

You can watch the Disney Parks Blog for information about the Return to Sleepy Hollow. It’s so much fun to be at the Fort and to see the Headless Horseman up close and personal! Information looks to come out in the Spring for the following Fall. Be sure to call early for reservations. If I can help you scare up some more fun for your next trip, please let me know. BOO to YOU! ~ Lindsey P.
