Planning a one night stay in July with our 3yr old boy. Due to time restraints, not able to go into the parks. Can you recommend a kids program or dining show? Also, any hotels that would have on-site entertainment for toddlers?

There are many ways that you could fashion a one night resort stay.

    Here's my suggestion:

I would stay at the Polynesian. Upon Check In, you'll receive a lei and be on your way to a large room with flat screen television.

During the day, enjoy the Nanea Volcano Pool. It's a zero entry pool which is perfectly suited to young children. They can wade comfortably! Depending on the day of the week, the resort will offer various activities including arts and crafts, torch lighting ceremony and pool games. For a break from the pool, the arcade is open 24 hours. Other activities might include campfire sing-along, color a Frisbee, sand toys and more. You'll receive a Recreation Activities schedule at Check In.

Make an Advance Dining Reservation at Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary Resort. Traveling via the monorail to your dinner destination is half the fun. Eating dinner with Mickey and friends is sure to be a delightful excursion.

In the evening, venture to the Polynesian's beach where your child can play in the sand. Enjoy the Electrical Water Pageant (a "boat parade") when it passes by at 9 p.m. You'll also be able to watch the Wishes fireworks from the beach or while swimming in the pool!

In the morning, at 'Ohana's Restaurant Lilo and Stitch entertain guests during breakfast. I would make an Advance Dining Reservation during the hours of 7:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.

Our family loves the Polynesian Resort and you'll truly be able to enjoy some Disney magic during your brief stay!
