Hi Moms! We are planning a one day visit in mid-March with our not quite two year old. She loves Mickey Mouse and are therefore planning to visit Magic Kingdom on our day there. Any tips on a character meal or what will be best for her there at MK?

If she loves Mickey Mouse there are a couple of choices for character dining in that area.  At MK you could take her to the Liberty Tree Tavern.  There she can dine with characters such as Mickey and Minnie, Goofy and Pluto and Chip and Dale. One of our favorites is Chef Mickey, although located at the Contemporary, all you have to do is hop on the Monorail at MK and you are there.  (Make sure you get your hand stamped so you can get back in the park after your meal.)  Also make sure you take her to Toon Town at MK where she can go through Mickey's house and meet him (and sometimes Minnie) under the large tent.  I hope she enjoys her day at the MK and that your entire family has a magical vacation this month!
