We are planning a non-Disney cruise, returning to Orlando & will stay at a Disney hotel for 2 nights. Can we use Magical Express from Orlando airport upon our return from port - even though we don't fly in that day?

    Hi Mark!

You certainly are eligible to use Disney's Magical Express Service from Orlando International Airport!
All Guests of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels are able to make use of this free service.

There are two ways to prepare to board your Coach to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.
Your first option is to call Disney's Magical Express in advance at (407) WDW-MAGIC. Advise a Cast Member that you are looking to arrange transportation from Orlando International to your Disney Resort Hotel. Have your approximate time information handy as well as your Disney Resort Hotel confirmation number at the time of your call.

Your second option is to arrange your transportation upon arrival at Orlando International Airport. Simply proceed directly to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center in the Main Terminal Building, 'B Side,' Level 1. Visit a Cast Member at the desk and advise them that you're not pre-booked for the service but need transportation to your Disney Resort Hotel. With a quick check in the computer of your confirmed resort reservation, you'll be handed your boarding passes and be on your way to the heart of the Magic in a jiffy!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel Mark. I hope you'll visit me again soon if you have any more questions about your upcoming stay.

Wishing you a Magical time at Walt Disney World Mark!
