We are planning our next Disney vacation, but this time we could have a foster child coming with us. Our next trip is planned for December so we would not know until much closer if they would be able to join us. How should I do dining and FP? Thanks!

    Hi Robin,

Thank you for visiting us today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. December is my favorite time to visit, since my family loves to enjoy the Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort.

As Master Yoda once said, “Difficult to see. Always in motion is the future" plans can change in an instance. That's why we always book a Vacation Package, which includes a stay at a Disney Resort Hotel and Theme Park Tickets. Oh, and you can even add a Dining Plan. You only need a small deposit, and full payment is not due until 30 days before arrival, giving you plenty of time to make or change plans. In addition, you can make dining reservations starting 180 days before Check-In, and FastPass+ selections 60 days out. Staying positive that your future foster child will join you, add your Padawan to your plans now. And if for some reason you need to change this, you can always call (407) 939-1936 and a vacation planning expert will help you.

One last tip: leave that big bulky camera back home and take advantage of the Disney PhotoPass Service photographers. Then simply purchase Memory Maker and download all those memories. Happy planning!

    Ricardo.
