Planning on going to MVMCP which starts at 7:00. Are we allowed to get into the park earlier because last year we got in at 4:00 even without a park pass for that day.

Hi Larry, You are right about the official entrance time being 7:00 pm for this Special Event. Sometimes they will allow guests to enter sometime after 4:00 pm on this special event ticket, but not always. They make this decision on the actual day of the event based on how the attendance levels are in the Park at that time. There is no way to know ahead of time if they will allow you to enter from 4:00 pm onwards on your scheduled party day. You could just head over there on that evening (or late afternoon) and see if they allow it or not and if they don't, then you will have 3 hours to ride the monorail and tour some of the other resorts, maybe even have a nice dinner at one of them before heading back to Magic Kingdom for the scheduled 7:00 pm entrance. As long as you are aware that this could possibly happen and you have an alternate plan to spend 3 or so hours doing something else in case you aren't able to enter at 4:00 pm, then at least you won't be caught off guard. I wish you much luck that you are able to have an extra few hours in Magic Kingdom before MVMCP. Enjoy! Best wishes, Brigitta
