Planning our meals for 7 adults and 2 preschooler staying at AoA. All reviews say avoid the food court at peak times. Having never stayed at Disney what would be peak Breakfast. 7-8am; 7 to 9am; 8 to 9am? Our 1st B'fast meal will be on a Sunday.

Hi Donna!  Thanks for submitting another question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel - we love answering them!  I have to say, when I was at the Art of Animation resort last August, I did not notice any unbearable times in the morning for breakfast. We were in and out pretty quick.  I think most people are wanting to get up and get to the parks to play!  That being said, I think it would be more busy just before the parks open - so perhaps in the 7-8:00 a.m. time frame.  I did find dinner time (around 6:00 p.m.)  to be a little more congested.  One thing to remember is AoA is a relatively new resort so there may have been some backup issues early on but hopefully they have worked out a routine so you won't notice any issues.

Another idea I want to toss out is if you have an early bird in your party, it is acceptable to go to the food court and bring breakfast back to the room for your group.  This includes the Mickey waffles!  *O*  We do this a lot as we find it saves time in the morning.  If you're waiting for the shower, you can be eating breakfast!

Have a wonderful vacation, Donna!  You are going to love the Art of Animation resort!
