Planning a last min trip with a 2nd old and 10mnth old. Any tips/ recommendations? Best place to stay etc?

    Hi Amy,

If your budget can include a deluxe resort, I'm partial to staying at the Contemporary, the Polynesian, or the Grand Floridian with their close proximity to the Magic Kingdom.  It makes coming and going to the park with little ones much easier, and I love that most of the time you won't need to fold up a stroller when riding the monorail.  You can also take the monorail to Epcot from these resorts.

To help with planning your days, I'd visit www.touringplans.com which offers over 100 researched itineraries for guests to help them make the most of their days and will reflect your needs, such as traveling with younger children. I'd also explore the Magical Beginnings Guide to see what Walt Disney World recommends for our youngest guests (fyi, Toontown is closed).

You may also want to make dining reservations, especially a character dining experience.  I love, love, love having the characters come to see me rather than my standing in line to see them!

PS Make sure and look over the current special offers -- you may qualify for free dining!

As you continue making your plans, please don't hesitate to ask more questions.  We are glad to help!
