We are planning to go to Disneyland in may mi Question is i have a daughter with a disability she has down syndrome some one told me that i dont have to wait in line for long is that true??

    Hey there, Selene!

Thanks so much for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so excited that you and your family are planning on taking a vacation to the Happiest Place on Earth!

The Disneyland Resort is very accommodating when it comes to providing a magical experience for everyone, including Guests with special needs or disabilities. My advice is to head to Guest Relations in City Hall of Disneyland Park when you arrive to discuss your specific needs with a Cast Member. There are a variety of accommodations available. One of these options is the Disability Access Service (DAS) which is a service provided for Guests who have a disability that prevents them for waiting in a conventional queue environment. You won't get to immediately board an attraction, but  you will be given a time to return when you may bypass the standby queue.

There are so many wonderful experiences in the parks apart from world-class attractions. Don't forget to check the Disneyland app for Character meeting locations and entertainment schedules as well. We also love this app because we can mobile order food and beverages from select Quick Service restaurants in both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park allowing us to bypass these food lines.

I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other questions about planning your trip. Have a Fantasmic day!
