Hi I am planning to go to Disney with my husband and 5 year old son in May 2018. i bought a 3 day pass and would like to know what is the best parks to go to for the 3 of us to enjoy ourselves.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rigel! I just know you and your little family are going to have a wonderful time visiting Walt Disney World Resort! When my husband and I brought our nearly 4 year old, the magic was so real he could touch it!

I highly recommend you spend most of your time in Magic Kingdom. Depending on his height (if he’s over 40”), there will be limited thrill rides in other parks that he can take part in. The Preschool Guide is a great resource for the over 80 attractions that are suited to the Preschool and Kindergarten crowd, and I used it myself when we visited. Consider a Daddy n' Me hairstyle at Harmony Barber Shop (reservations recommended) where your son can get a Pirate-dusted hairdo or a full transformation into a swashbuckler at The Pirate’s League. When you’re ready to move on, Epcot may be a great choice with its International Flower and Garden Festival happening in May. There is a great playground to let off steam and the sights and smells of Spaceship Earth (a slow moving ride) aren’t to be missed. My son’s favorite ride here is Test Track, where he can design his own futuristic vehicle and test it’s speed, green-nature and drivability. The swift nearly-70 mph outdoor curve helps for added fun, too!

If I can help you with anymore insight for you family, please let me know. I’d love to help you plan with easy trip tips like Mobile Order, FastPass+ reservations and more!  ~ Lindsey P.
