Planning first trip to WDW with DH and DS2 (will turn three there), my ? is for the Candlelight Processional. Planning on eating at the Garden Grill and Coral Reef, one for L and one for D, does it matter which one is the dinner Candlelight package? Thanx

    Hi Jamie,

Hooray for your first trip to Walt Disney World!

It will matter on what show you want to see. If you are going for the earlier show at 5:00 pm, then the lunch should be your meal with the Candlelight Processional Dining Package. If you are going for the later show, then you will need the dinner package.

The reason this matters is because of the timing of your meal with your reservation. Disney wants to make sure you have enough time to eat and then walk to the show.

If you are not on the Dining Plan and want the lunch show, eat at the Coral Reef for lunch as it will be less expensive than for dinner. You can then go to the Garden Grill for dinner after the show.

    Enjoy the holiday magic!
