    Karen from VA Asked

I am planning our first trip to WDW and I plan on booking online. My question is will they mail the tickets and passes to us or will we pick everything up at the hotel.

    HI Karen!

I'm glad to hear that you are planning a visit to Walt Disney World! I love planning trips - right from picking when to go all the way through to actually arriving!! After that, of course, everything is just Magical!

When you book your vacation, you'll receive a confirmation number and email. This email will include information on when payments are due and other information regarding your trip. You'll also occasionally receive emails from Disney welcoming you to your resort choice and encouraging you to make you dining plants, etc.

Via the regular mail you will receive your Magical Express tags, tickets, and information as your trip gets closer (if you've chosen to use this free service). Also, you may occasionally receive information regarding your hotel - in fact we just received a nice little information booklet including a picture of the Wilderness Lodge and information about this resort for our trip in October.

Your actual park tickets will not be mailed to you. These you'll receive when you check in to your hotel. If you've booked the dining plan as well, all of this will be on your resort room key which is also known as your "Key to the World".

I hope this helps! Have fun planning your first trip!
