Planning our first trip to WDW Dec. 2011 with Deluxe Dining Plan. If a restaurant has a buffet and a children's menu, will my nine-year-old daughter be able to choose the buffet? If not, where can we go that she will be able to eat from a buffet?

    Hi Karin,

All the buffet restaurants at WDW are child friendly and your daughter will be able to eat from all of them.  She can choose to take food that would be more typical of an adult dinner and/or eat from the kids station.  All the buffets have a section that is more geared to kids.  You may find Mickey waffles or egg pizza during breakfast.  Lunch and dinner offer selections like chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, pasta, and peanut butter and jelly.  Adults can eat from the kids section too.

The WDW buffets are a great option.  Everyone can get what they want.

Have a great trip - Michelle
