Hi, planning first trip for May 2016 with our 2y/o! Any suggestions of what he would enjoy? We need to meet Elsa and Anna! Also, if we choose to get Magic bands do my husband also need MDE app on his phone to link with or can we use just the 1 phone app?

    Hi Jennifer!

Your two-year old is going to have an amazing time at Walt Disney World (WDW)! Make sure to check out the Disney tips for visiting with little ones site, which is chock-full of tips and planning ideas. Since I've been visiting WDW since my daughter was two, here are my top five suggestions for making a WDW vacation magical for a little one:

    1. Visit the Casey Jr. Splash 'N' Soak Station for water filled fun

    2. Ride the Dumbo the Flying Elephant attraction at Magic Kingdom and let him play in the interactive queue while waiting

    3. Dine with Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy and Donald at Chef Mickey's

    4. Let him pet animals at Affection Station at Animal Kingdom

    5. Spend an afternoon at your Walt Disney World resort, enjoying the pool and slides

When my husband and I visit, we both have the My Disney Experience (MDE) app on our phone, but you only need one. It may be helpful for you both to have MDE so you can both check the wait times at the attractions and check your FastPasses and reservations.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
