Planning our first trip to Disney World! It will be my husband, myself and our four children ages 5 and under. We will be staying at the Caribbean and visiting each park, one day at a time. I am looking for any tips, best places to eat, etc. TIA!

Hi Carolyn! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

How exciting it is that you are planning a first trip to the Walt Disney World Resort? I'm already thrilled for your family - you are up for a great time!

My favorites at Magic Kingdom Park are the Sleepy Hollow (the Fresh Fruit Waffle is delicious) and the Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe. At Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, you'll find amazing food both at the Satu'li Canteen and the Flame Tree Barbecue.

Disney's Hollywood Studios also has two of my favorites: Woody's Lunch Box and ABC Commissary. The sandwiches at Woody's Lunch Box are heavenly, and the Grilled Three-Cheese Sandwich is especially flavorful.

At Epcot, the Teppan Edo experience is super fun and will surely keep the little ones involved with the meal, whereas the Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria is a classic crowd pleaser. To make sure that these menus fit your family's preferences and discover even more great offerings, you can check all menus online. Some restaurants require reservations, though, and I'd highly advise you to make them as soon as you can to make sure you will be able to enjoy them.

You may also visit the Baby Care Centers located at the Theme Parks, as they provide families with changing rooms, a feeding area and a room to cool the kids down.

Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel for more tips on FastPass+ reservations and other great details that will surely make your first trip as memorable as it can be. We will be waiting for you!

May the magic be with you,
