We are planning our first trip to Disney in September. We have a 1yr old and a 6 yr old. What is the best hotel in the parks to stay in that is roomy enough to house a play yard? The baby is a very light sleeper.

    Hi there, Alycia!

Since your little one is a light sleeper, I might recommend that you choose a moderate or deluxe hotel, if your budget allows for it.  Those rooms will give you the most space, with the deluxe category room being the largest.  I have positioned a Pack 'n Play in both types of rooms when my own children were small. Another option you might consider is booking a 1-Bedroom Deluxe Villa.  These rooms will provided you with a bedroom and a kitchen and living room area.  You would have a lot of space as well as quiet for the baby.  Visit the resorts section of the Walt Disney World website where you can view these options.  Also, bookmark the Special Offers page on the website as well.  It is there where you will find the most up-to-date discounts.  Offers change regularly.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Feel free to write back and let us know if we can assist you again.  We are always happy to help.

Until then, I wish you a truly magical vacation!
