Hi! We are planning our first trip to Disney in mid to late October. Is it more cost effective to book directly through Disney, or to consult a travel agent? Can three families book on their own through the website and still be a grand gathering?

    Hi Tonya,

If you visit DisneyWorld.com , and look near the bottom of the main page you'll see Special Offers. If you prefer to book over the phone instead of online, be sure to mention the Special Offer when you call 407-W-DISNEY.

If you end up making all of your reservations separately, then you'll want to call Grand Gatherings at 407-WDW-PLAN afterward. You'll request that they provide you with a "Grand Gathering number" for your group. Be sure to have all 3 confirmation numbers handy when you call. This number will link your reservations together and will allow for ease of booking Grand Gathering Experiences for your group.

Hope this helps and have a wonderful vacation,
