Hi. We are planning our first Disney trip in OCT. Im debating on a dinning plan; but if we do get one Im wondering if it will include our 2yr old? So since she doesn't need a ticket for the park will the dinning plan include her as far as a separate meal?

    Hi, Jenna!

I’m glad you’re planning your first vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort! I’m a fan of the Disney Dining Plan because it’s a convenient way to save money while sampling the delicious food the resort restaurants have to offer.

One of the conditions of the Disney Dining Plan is that you must purchase it for every person staying in your room who is age 3 and older if you wish to participate. However, it would not include your daughter if she is 2 at the time you travel. She may share your food at restaurants and buffets, or you are welcome to pay separately for toddler or kids meals for her—whichever option works better for her appetite and eating habits.

I hope this helps, Jenna. Please feel free to visit me again if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted vacation!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
