Hello! I am planning our first Disney Cruise for May 2017 from San Diego to Vancouver. We are planning to take a late train on disembarkation day to Seattle. Is there a shuttle service that will take us to the train station?

Welcome aboard, Valerie! What a wonderful itinerary you have booked for next spring with Disney Cruise Line! Sailing up the California coast will be absolutely amazing!

My family is really looking forward to our Alaskan sailing with Disney Cruise Line, and we are excited to head down to Seattle afterwards to visit family. We, too, are going to be taking the train, which I hear offers the most spectacular views in that run between Vancouver and Seattle. I cannot wait!

Disney doesn't offer a shuttle service from the cruise port in Vancouver to the train station. However, it is not a far trip, so a taxi ride is an easy option. Since your train is a later departure, you could also rent a car, so that you can store your luggage in it and take advantage of the rest of the day to explore Vancouver before driving to the train station.

Another option may be to take advantage of the Debarkation Day Port Adventure in Vancouver through Disney Cruise Line, which can only be booked onboard. My family and I are hoping to take this adventure so that we can dive into the culture and sights of Vancouver. We plan to keep our luggage with us and when the Port Adventure ends at the airport, simply take a taxi or the Skytrain from the airport to the train station. Check out the details of that adventure, and see if you might want to experience a bit more fun in Vancouver before you meet your train!

    Have fun planning, Valerie!
