Hello, I am planning our family's first Disney vacation! We have a 9 month old. When I am scheduling fast passed, do I need to include her? How will I know what rides she can and cannot go on?

    Hi Joy!

I am so happy to help you plan your first trip to Walt Disney World Resort. Be sure to get complimentary First Visit buttons for your family when you start your trip! My youngest son enjoyed his first visit to Walt Disney World Resort right around the same age as you daughter and it was an amazing experience. Since Mouseketeers 2 years old and under do not require theme park tickets, you cannot book them FastPass+ reservations. However, they can still participate in all of the fun! Your little princess can enjoy attractions with you that are open to Guests of any height. Check out this Disney Parks Blog post for a list of attraction height requirements for each theme park. I think you will find that there are many things that you will be able to enjoy together. She will also love the entertainment, live shows and Character experiences Walt Disney World Resort has to offer.

You will be able to bring your daughter with you for your FastPass+ reservations, even thought she doesn't have a reservation. Cast Members will allow her through without an issue. If you will be enjoying attractions that have a height requirement, you can take advantage of the Rider Switch program so that part of your group can enjoy the attraction while your daughter and other members of your family enjoy other parts of the park.

One more tip: Be sure to take advantage of the Baby Care Centers located in each theme park, as they are a great place to take care of all of your babies needs! Please let us know if you have any other questions. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
