We're planning a 2-family vacation to WDW. We would like to stay together in an AofA Suite. We want to purchase 4 days of tickets, and they want only 2, and we want dining plan, they don't. Is this possible? Do we need separate rooms for each family?

    Hi Brittany,

Thanks so much for stopping by with your question today. You would not be able to get the Disney Dining Plan for only part of your party. All guests in the room would need to either have the Disney Dining Plan or go without it. You could make the tickets work if you all purchased the two-day tickets. Your party could then "upgrade" the tickets upon arrival and add the extra days by visiting a ticketing window or Guest Relations office. However, you would not be able to choose those extra day's FastPass+ selections at your 60-day window.

I would suggest getting two different rooms/reservations and requesting an adjoining room if you plan on having different ticketing and dining plans. This will make things easier in the long run with each family getting the exact vacation they're hoping for.

I hope you're having fun planning your magical vacation, Brittany. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help.

    Have a Disney day,
