Hello, we are planning a family vacation for next August (2012) and are looking at booking the Buena Vista Palace Resort in Downtown Disney. Is it possible to get the Disney dining plan if we are staying at a "non-Disney" resort like this?

Hi, Bryan! As of this time, the Disney Dining plans are options available exclusively to Guests of Walt Disney World Resort hotels with Magic Your Way Vacation Packages.  I'm sorry say there isn't a dining plan option for those staying off-site.  The Disney Dining plans are a great perk available to those staying in a Walt Disney World resort, but even without it, I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the cost of food and the portion sizes in the theme and water parks.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
