We are planning a family vacation and would like to know if my one year old can ride rides with us if he in is a front carrier pack. Rides such as it a small world?

Yes. When my twins were small, we used front carriers (we had Baby Bjorn) several times at Walt Disney World. For most baby-friendly attractions, you are welcome to leave your child in the carrier while you ride. We did this on Small World, Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, and many others.

Enjoy your stay at Walt Disney World.
