Since we are planning a family vacation to co-incide with the Halloween Party, it would be helpful if Disney would have the dates for it before the summer. You can't plan a vacation early in the year, if you don't know when the Halloween Party is?>

Hi, Georgeann! Walt Disney World always provides information for its Guests with ample time to plan.  Last year, the dates for the 2010 Mickey's-Not-So-Scary Halloween Parties were released on May 21st (thanks to my fellow Moms Panelist, Allison V. for that helpful tidbit). Be watching the Disney Parks Blog for information.  You can find it here, and you can also subscribe to their email.  In the meantime, until the official announcement, you can make predictions for September based on the days the Magic Kingdom closes at 7:00 P.M.  That's a good indicator it might be a Halloween party night. The October calendar should be out around April 1st.  So relax! You'll have your information with time to spare. Happy planning!
